Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga Classes are for individuals that seek a well-rounded movement-based yoga class. This instructor-led class has an intentional flowing format that is used for sharing yoga postures, alignment points, and breathwork in a group fitness setting. Each student is encouraged to honor their body’s wisdom as they choose which postures and level of intensity that feels appropriate for that moment. The spectrum of postures includes vinyasa flow, forward bends, balancing postures, inversions, backbends, twists, reclining postures, and resting poses. While some knowledge of yoga postures is useful and expected before attending this class, students of differing skill levels can simultaneously benefit from this multi-level class format.
Some locations offer a separate Stretch, Chair, or Beginner's yoga class format that may be more suitable to new students or those needing a more gentle or customized group class. Contact the instructor for current location information.

Inspired by a writing on p75 of Infinite by Dana Faulds
Can you merge movement with stillness?
Can you blend stretch with awareness?
Can you bridge the inner realms with the outer?
This is the gift of Yoga:
To sit on leaf’s edge
To be in your flow
and honor your known currents
with all that is there.
Suspended like a dew drop
Poised, quiet, and clear.
